Here are some important dates to keep in mind as you prepare to come to Belmont next fall.

Priority deadline for FAFSA submission (first-year-students only). Submissions after that date will be processed in the order in which they are received.
April 11, 2026
Be Belmont Day, a day for admitted first-year and transfer students to learn in-depth about the Belmont experience. Registration will open on December 3.

Admission is contingent upon Belmont receiving your final transcript(s) prior to the first day of classes.

Be Belmont Day, held on April 11, 2026, is the ultimate full-day event for admitted first-year and transfer students to learn in-depth about the Belmont experience. Registration will open on December 3.
Can't make it to Be Belmont Day? No problem. Future Bruin Fridays (February 6, 20, 27, March 27 and April 17) are scaled-down, half-day events that give you more chances to see what Belmont is all about.
First-year students must submit their $400 non-refundable enrollment deposit online by December 1 for Spring 2026 and May 1 for Fall 2026. Transfer deposit deadlines are November 1 for Spring 2026 and July 1 for Fall 2026.
Submit the FAFSA by December 1, 2025 for Fall 2026 applicants and by November 1 for Spring 2026. Information on merit scholarships.
Housing information will be sent to you within one week after your enrollment deposit is processed. Information on campus housing.
Note: For transfer students, housing is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

During Towering Traditions New Student Orientation, you’ll discuss your academic plan, register for your first semester of classes and learn about the values, commitments and mission that shape the Belmont community.
Your parents/guardians are invited to participate and learn pertinent information about your next steps into higher education.
Towering Traditions New Student Orientation is offered in June for all deposited first-year and transfer students for the Fall Term, and Spring Orientation is held in January for all deposited students entering in the spring.
Belmont requires all students to submit a completed Medical History Form, submit immunization records and input immunization dates. Instructions are sent via email two weeks after you have paid your deposit.
